Executive summary

From my point of view, I see corporation and coordination between finance and the rest of the organization as vital; through this corporation massive advantages and gains can be harvested.

Therefore, it is vital for any company – small or lager – to ensure that the link between finance and the rest of the company is strong, it is of other most importance that the corporation is carried out in mutual understanding of the overarching goal – growth and prosperity of the company – and in mutual respect between the various departments and employees.

As a controller, I act as a mediator between the business and finance, I see myself as a consultant who works together with all parts of the organization to get the overall understanding of a problem at hand and based on pros and cons, come up with the best possible options, for the organizations, in a given situation.

As a coworker people describe be as outgoing and easy to talk to and get in contact with, I always enjoy a laugh at the office, and it is particularly important to me with a positive can-do mindset at the office.
